Details of the Job/Internship
Zenith Services Inc. is hiring a Legal Operations Specialist with 4–6 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end contract administration and legal operations activities.
- Automate and optimize contract workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Develop and maintain Power Apps to streamline legal and contract processes.
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI for contract analytics and insights.
- Draft, review, and manage contract documentation using advanced Microsoft Word features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Procurement, IT, and Business.
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and contracting standards.
Eligibility
- 4–6 years of experience in contracts, legal operations, or process automation.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Legal Operations.
- Experience in high-tech IT contracting environments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
