Details of the Job/Internship

Zscaler is hiring for the position of Legal Operations Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage legal spend processes, including spend analysis, trend reporting, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Support implementation and adoption of legal tools, especially CLM systems (e.g., Ironclad), contract repositories, e-billing platforms, and reporting tools.
• Optimize and maintain legal tech stack; assist with evaluating, deploying, and documenting new legal technologies.
• Design, streamline, and automate processes/workflows; develop process maps to identify and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives, maintain internal legal resources, and support broader legal operations projects.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in legal operations, project management, finance, or similar disciplines.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a track record of using data and metrics to drive strategic improvements.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with legal operations tools, including e-billing systems, CLM platforms, and workflow automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Ironclad or ServiceNow.
• Exposure to compliance, privacy, or risk management frameworks.
• Experience in legal data analysis and reporting.
