Details of the Job/Internship

Emeritus is hiring a Legal Operations / Business Analyst for a 4-month remote role in India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with insurance brokers for policy placement, renewals, and endorsements.
• Review insurance invoices and track premium payments.
• Follow up with vendors for documentation and support vendor onboarding processes.
• Assist procurement and finance teams in vendor activation.
• Map legacy CLM fields to new systems and validate data accuracy.
• Support post-migration clean-up, audits, and reconciliation.

Eligibility

• BA or BS degree required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, contract administration, or legal operations professional.
• Working knowledge of procurement and vendor onboarding workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel, contract trackers, and legal tech platforms.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Certification in project management is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
