Details of the Job/Internship

 Biocon Biologics is looking for a candidate for the Legal position in their company.

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for negotiating, vetting, reviewing and drafting of commercial and out-licensing contracts Distribution Agreement, Product Registration Agreement, Supply Agreement, License Agreement, Master Service Agreement, Cell Line license agreement, MoU, Term Sheet, Consultancy Agreement, Quality Agreement, etc.
• Proactively involved in negotiation and closing the open items.
• Advising the business team/stakeholders on various issues in deal making.
• Responsible for driving various legal projects on need basis.
• Ensure appropriate and relevant legal training to colleague/stakeholders and capable to work as a team.

Eligibility

• Experience: 4 or more years.

Salary/Stipend
