Mehta & Mehta is hiring for Legal Position with 2+ years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and vet merger and amalgamation schemes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and legal correspondences.
• Prepare comprehensive scheme documentation for mergers.
• Manage trademark filings, oppositions, and other intellectual property matters.
• Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Proven experience in legal drafting and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of corporate laws, contracts, and intellectual property.
• Excellent communication and research skills.
• Prior experience in a similar legal role is preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
