Details of the Job/Internship
OneBanc is hiring a Legal Owner with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on company law, corporate governance, compliance, and related matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including service, partnership, and vendor agreements.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws, including data privacy and governance rules.
- Develop and implement internal policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
- Conduct legal risk assessments and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with legal requirements.
- Manage corporate governance documents, including board minutes, resolutions, and shareholder agreements.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal and compliance matters.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of legal experience, preferably in-house.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance, and commercial contracts.
- Proven skills in drafting, negotiation, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
