Details of the Job/Internship

Constellation Blu is seeking a dynamic and seasoned PARTNER - LEGAL to join and expand their current leadership team and contribute to the next decade of their growth journey.

Role and Responsibilities

• Spearhead work on M&A, early and growth stage investment transactions, lead due diligence, pre-closing, and post-closing transaction related matters. 
• Lead assignments on structuring, drafting, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of matters from complex, multi-jurisdictional investment agreement transactions and other corporate law agreements. 
• Provide legal advice relating to the general operations of the company.

Eligibility

• At least 10 years of experience in a role that has focused on corporate law, with significant exposure to venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and early-stage investments.
• A law degree from a reputed institute and a proven track record in building and leading legal teams.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
