Details of the Job/Internship
The Chambers of Sunny Punamiya is hiring a Legal Practice Manager / Legal Operations Executive with 2–3 years of experience in litigation offices or legal operations to join their team in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage court calendars, deadlines, and appearance schedules.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients.
- Prepare invoices, track payments, and generate monthly revenue reports.
- Maintain case files (both physical and digital) and manage internal workflows.
- Assist in improving internal systems, processes, and reporting mechanisms.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of experience in a litigation office or in legal operations.
- Strong skills in process management, billing, and communication.
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
