Details of the Job/Internship

Lodha is hiring a Legal Manager – Litigation with experience of 6–8 years to represent the company before regulatory and consumer forums. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent the company before RERA, REAT, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions, and State Commissions.
• Independently manage litigation matters from initial evaluation through appeals.
• Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
• Conduct detailed legal research and track relevant circulars, case laws, and regulatory updates.
• Draft legal notices and prepare replies to notices after consultation with stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal teams, external counsel, and other stakeholders for effective case management.
• Ensure the company’s legal rights and interests are effectively represented.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a reputed and accredited law school.
• Valid license to practice law in India.
• 6–8 years of combined litigation and non-litigation experience.
• Experience in the real estate sector and handling matters before RERA, REAT, and consumer courts will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team while meeting strict deadlines.
