Details of the Job/Internship

Spice Route Legal is looking for a candidate for the role of Legal Process Management with 0 to 4 years of experience to join them at their Bengaluru/Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Calendar Management - organising meetings and conference calls with clients, opposite parties, or their lawyers.
• Assisting with drafting correspondence with clients and opposite parties.
• Taking meeting notes and summarising client and negotiation calls.
• Organising the inflow and outflow of paperwork for every mandate.
• Updating and maintaining client files/trackers in online and offline modes.
• Managing the timesheets of all team members.
• Developing collaborative relationships with partners to identify system improvement opportunities.
• Undertaking legal and regulatory research.
• Preparing summaries of legal documents.
• Market research and profile preparation for potential clients.
• Assist with preparing pitch decks and legal presentations.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any field;
• 0-4 years of work experience as a paralegal, researcher or process associate;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
• Experience working with Office 365, G-suite and Adobe Acrobat - especially Word, Excel, Gmail and Calendar.
• Accustomed to maintaining discretion and confidentiality - this is at the core of our business!;
• Proven ability to be scrupulous and meticulous with work;
• Proven track record of excellent organisational and time management skills;
• Accustomed to preforming well in a deadline-oriented and high-pressure role;
• A willingness to work as a part of a team.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
