Details of the Job/Internship
Teamware Solutions is hiring for the position of Legal Processing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the lease abstraction process, driving SLAs and operational efficiency.
- Analyze lease types, manage inflows, and identify root causes for SLA deviations.
- Collaborate with FOAA, Lease Admin, and Lease Technology teams.
- Define ownership and governance by creating and signing off on RACI matrices.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and deliver projects with high impact and cost efficiency.
- Identify process gaps and implement streamlined solutions.
- Standardize process documentation and promote a “learn and be curious” culture.
- Conduct time & motion studies and recalibrate productivity targets.
- Align process priorities with overall organizational goals.
- Assess and communicate accounts payable controllership risks, ensuring adequate controls are in place.
Eligibility
- 3+ years of experience in lease abstraction.
- 3+ years of finance experience.
- 2+ years of experience applying KPIs to financial analysis.
- Strong skills in Excel, Access, Oracle; experience in Tango is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to use data for business decision-making.
