Details of the Job/Internship
Lucio is hiring a Legal Product Strategy Associate to work closely with product, customer workflows, and on-ground deployments.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions with partners, associates, and legal ops to map and redesign workflows with Lucio tools.
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and pilot deployments for law firms and in-house teams.
- Configure workspaces, playbooks, permissions, and rollout plans across practice areas.
- Deliver practice-group-specific training sessions and drive product adoption.
- Monitor usage data and troubleshoot low adoption areas.
- Conduct regular check-ins with leadership to demonstrate impact and identify expansion opportunities.
- Collect structured product feedback and collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap and workflow templates.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer (India) with ideally 2–4 years of PQE.
- Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, disputes, litigation, or regulatory/advisory work.
- Strong client-facing skills and comfort interacting with senior legal professionals.
- Interest in legal tech, AI, and improving practical legal workflows.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with comfort in a fast-paced startup environment.
