Details of the Job/Internship

Vadilal Industries Ltd. is hiring a Legal Professional – International Business with 10–15 years of experience to join their Corporate Office in Ahmedabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Review existing processes, identify legal risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain corporate records, insurance policies, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and summarize judicial decisions and regulations.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate confidentiality agreements and other legal documents.
• Assist in developing and implementing corporate policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with U.S. legal teams and the Group's central legal division.
• Review and enhance old brand and agency agreements.
• Oversee lease documentation for outlets, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities.
• Support procurement teams in finalizing buying agreements.
• Handle legal drafting and assist in transaction closures.
• Manage special legal projects as required.
• Provide timely legal support and manage escalations.
• Assist in trial preparation and case investigations.

Eligibility

• LL.B. with 10–15 years of experience in a corporate legal setting.
• Preference for candidates with experience in international business, especially U.S. trade and compliance.
• Strong skills in arbitration, corporate compliance, legal analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Flexibility to manage multiple priorities and work beyond standard hours when needed.

Salary/Stipend
