Areness is hiring a legal professional/advocate with 5 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.

Practice Areas:

• Commercial Litigation/ Arbitration.
• Constitutional/ Service Matters.
• Corporate Litigation (Companies Act Matters, IBC matters)
• Intellectual Property Prosecution (Trademarks, Copyrights, Designs)
• Private Equity/ M&A.
• Contract Management.
• Employment and Labour Laws.
• Regulatory Affairs.
• General Corporate Advisory.
• International Trade Law.

Eligibility

• 5+ years experience in law practice - independent practice/ chamber/ law firm/ consulting firm/ related experience with dedicated experience and knowledgei n the following domains/ practice areas to work.

Salary/Stipend
