Details of the Job/Internship

Mytek Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Legal Professional Associate to join their office in Navi Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day legal aspects of the company’s business operations and transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
• Provide strategic legal advice on labor laws, intellectual property rights, and contract disputes.
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.
• Monitor regulatory changes and conduct legal research to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate legal safeguards into business practices.
• Develop and deliver internal training sessions on legal topics and compliance standards.
• Advise senior management on potential legal risks and implications of strategic decisions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); additional qualifications (LLM) are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, labor law, and contractual frameworks.
• Proven experience in legal document preparation and negotiation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess legal risks and issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in the construction or EPC industry is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
