Inspira Builders is hiring a Legal Professional Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Karnataka, India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee legal operations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Manage legal risks related to real estate and construction projects.
- Liaise with external legal advisors and regulatory authorities.
- Provide legal updates on changes in laws and regulations.
- Advise on legal disputes, contracts, and project-related agreements.
- Represent the organisation in legal proceedings when necessary.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or an equivalent qualification.
- Advanced law degree is an added advantage.
- Expertise in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and legal risk management.
- Experience in real estate and construction law in India.
- Strong legal research, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Prior experience in managing legal teams or projects in the real estate or construction sector.
- Fluency in English and Kannada is highly desirable.
