Details of the Job/Internship
UK Realty is hiring a Legal Professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work independently on all aspects of slum development and redevelopment projects.
- Prepare and submit Slum Rehab Schemes, including development agreements and Powers of Attorney.
- Draft affidavits, MOUs, and other critical legal documents required for SRA submissions.
- Attend slum society meetings and accurately record minutes of meetings.
- Liaise with government authorities and legal teams to secure necessary approvals and ensure compliance.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for all project-related submissions.
- Engage with society members to facilitate smooth project execution.
Eligibility
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience specifically in slum redevelopment projects.
- Deep knowledge of Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) processes and legal documentation.
- Exceptional drafting skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with government officials and slum societies.
- Mandatory proficiency in the Marathi language (speaking) and Marathi typing.
