Details of the Job/Internship

Bajaj Housing Finance is hiring a Legal Professional with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in the mortgage industry, NBFC, or banking sector to join their litigation team in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and vet notices under Sections 13(2) and 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act and related publications.
• Collaborate with the recovery team on legal proceedings.
• Handle litigation matters under the Consumer Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, and Criminal Litigation.
• Provide legal support in mortgage and NBFC-related cases.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience.
• Experience or knowledge in the mortgage industry and SARFAESI Act.
• Knowledge of consumer, negotiable instruments, and criminal litigation laws.

Salary/Stipend
