Details of the Job/Internship

Biocon Biologics is hiring a Legal Professional with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including negotiation, drafting, review, finalization, and execution of agreements such as:
  • Distribution Agreements
  • Product Registration Agreements
  • Supply Agreements
  • License Agreements
  • Term Sheets
  • Master Service Agreements (MSA)
  • Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Confidentiality Agreements (NDA)
  • Consultancy Agreements
  • Safety Data Exchange Agreements
  • Quality Agreements
  • Letters of Authority, etc.
• Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned legal opinions on a wide range of business matters.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure timely and compliant contract execution.
• Advise business teams and senior stakeholders on strategic legal and regulatory issues.
• Drive and manage legal operations projects, including process improvements, digital contract repositories, and knowledge management.

Eligibility

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Education: Graduate in law (BA LLB/BSL LLB); LLM preferred. Degree from a reputed law school is desirable.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical and biosimilars space, especially emerging markets.

Salary/Stipend
