Details of the Job/Internship

Burgeon Law is hiring Associates with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience to handle VC and M&A transactions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Structure transactions.
• Draft and negotiate Term Sheets, Share Subscription Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements, Co-Founders’ Agreements, Escrow Agreements, ESOP Policies, and Advisory Stocks.
• Conduct legal and compliance due diligence for startups.
• Handle closing formalities for transactions.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience in handling VC transactions independently.
• Mandatory work experience in a law firm.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
