Details of the Job/Internship
Burgeon Law is hiring legal professionals with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Structure and manage venture capital and M&A transactions.
- Draft and negotiate key agreements, including Term Sheets, SSAs, SPAs, SHAs, Co-founder Agreements, Escrow Agreements, ESOP Policies, etc.
- Conduct legal and compliance due diligence for startups.
- Handle closing formalities for transactions.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Must have independently handled VC transactions.
- Prior law firm experience is mandatory.
