Details of the Job/Internship

Burgeon Law is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 2–5 years to join their team and handle VC transactions and commercial agreements.

Role and Responsibilities

• Structure transactions.
• Draft and negotiate Term Sheets, Share Subscription Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements, Co-Founders’ Agreements, Escrow Agreements, ESOP Policies, and Advisory Stocks.
• Conduct legal and compliance due diligence for startups.
• Handle closing formalities for transactions.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Must have experience in handling VC transactions independently.
• Work experience in a law firm is mandatory.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
