Details of the Job/Internship

Burgeon Law is hiring a Corporate Transactional Associate with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting and supporting legal and compliance due diligence for various transactions.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements, employment contracts, and various commercial contracts.
• Providing strategic corporate advisory on matters relating to the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in handling transactional work.
• Prior work experience in a law firm is mandatory.

Salary/Stipend
