Details of the Job/Internship

Burgeon Law is hiring a seasoned legal professional with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience to join its transactional and general corporate commercial practice in New Delhi

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct and support legal and compliance due diligence for various transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements, employment contracts, and commercial contracts.
• Provide strategic corporate advisory on the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.

Eligibility

• LLB with a minimum of 4–6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in transactional work.
• Prior law firm experience is mandatory.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
