Details of the Job/Internship
IRIS Legal is looking for a qualified legal professional to support a fintech client based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of relevant experience in legal and compliance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts for day-to-day business operations.
- Managing Registrar of Companies (ROC) filings and ensuring legal compliance.
- Supporting legal operations and regulatory processes.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LLB) – Mandatory.
- Company Secretary (CS) certification – Mandatory
- Experience: 3-4 years in corporate law, compliance, or financial regulations
