Details of the Job/Internship

Lodha Group is hiring experienced Legal Professionals with strong expertise in land acquisition and business development to join their Real Estate division.

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently handle documentation related to land acquisition and transfer, including JDAs, collaboration agreements, and conveyance deeds.
• Conduct land title due diligence in Maharashtra (experience in NCR is an added advantage).
• Lead or play a significant role in executing land acquisition transactions.
• Draft and review real estate-specific documents such as MOUs, Agreements to Sell, Term Sheets, LOIs, and RFPs.

Eligibility

• Proven experience in real estate legal documentation and due diligence.
• Strong understanding of land laws and transaction structures.
• Ability to manage complex acquisition and development documentation independently.
