Outsource360 is hiring a Legal Professional for a full-time remote role to support contract drafting, compliance, corporate governance, and M&A functions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft contracts and provide compliance support.
• Advise on corporate governance and assist in M&A activities.
• Navigate legal complexities to ensure business compliance and risk mitigation.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• Experience in commercial law and corporate legal matters.
• Strong skills in contract drafting, compliance, corporate governance, and M&A.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary/Stipend
