Paytm Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal professional for a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and consultation, preparing and reviewing legal documents, managing legal issues, and supporting the organisation in navigating regulatory compliance. The role also involves evaluating legal risks and ensuring alignment with applicable laws and regulations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and consultation to the organisation.
• Prepare and review legal documents.
• Manage legal issues and support regulatory compliance requirements.
• Evaluate legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
• Proficiency in law with a thorough understanding of legal practices and regulations.
• Experience in legal consulting and managing complex legal issues.
• Proven experience in a corporate or legal advisory role is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to analyse and interpret legal matters with a focus on compliance.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Salary/Stipend
