Pioneer E Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Professional with more than 2 years of experience to join their office in Imphal. This is a contractual position focused on drafting, compliance, legal advisory, and dispute resolution.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal agreements, contracts, and documentation.
- Provide expert legal advice and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal departments.
- Handle legal notices, disputes, and case documentation.
- Conduct legal research and prepare relevant reports.
Eligibility
- Law graduate with at least 50% marks or CGPA of 5.5.
- Degree must be from:
- A National Law University or National Law School, OR
- A recognized university established or incorporated under a Central/State Act, OR
- An institution deemed to be a university by the Central/State Government.
- The university/institute must have a minimum "AAA" NAAC rating in India.
