Details of the Job/Internship

Vadilal Industries Ltd. is hiring a Legal Professional with 10–15 years of experience to join its International Business Division at the Corporate Office in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review existing processes, identify legal risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain corporate records, insurance policies, and company agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analyse laws, articles, and judicial decisions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate confidentiality agreements and other legal documents.
• Support the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with international legal teams in the USA and the Group’s central legal team.
• Review and strengthen brand, agency, and service agreements.
• Manage lease deeds for retail outlets, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities.
• Support procurement teams in executing buying agreements.
• Assist in transaction closings, corporate record-keeping, and legal drafting.
• Handle special projects and assignments as required.
• Provide timely legal support and manage escalations.
• Assist in trial preparation through research, investigations, and fact-finding.

Eligibility

• Law degree with 10–15 years of experience in a corporate legal role.
• Preference for candidates with exposure to international business and the U.S. market.
• Experience in arbitration, international trade disputes, and corporate compliance.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and make effective decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and be available on-call when required.

Salary/Stipend
