Details of the Job/Internship

IIFL (India Infoline Group) is seeking dedicated legal professionals eager to excel in litigation or non-litigation roles. Candidates must have 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). Only local candidates will be preferred, with openings available in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, and Gurgaon.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling litigation and non-litigation matters related to the Retail Assets segment.
• Ensuring compliance with NBFC regulatory frameworks and legal policies.
• Managing loan recovery, SARFAESI proceedings, and arbitration cases.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Representing the company in court proceedings and coordinating with external legal counsels.
• Advising internal teams on legal risks and regulatory updates.
• Conducting legal due diligence and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: Law degree from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years and maximum 10 years of post-qualification experience in NBFC legal matters, particularly in Retail Assets.
