Eligibility
- LLB/LLM from a reputed institute.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws (RERA, Transfer of Property Act, Contract Act, etc.)
- Proven expertise in drafting, legal research, and client management.
- Hands-on experience in property transfers, due diligence, compliance, and litigation.
