Details of the Job/Internship
Pricus Legal is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate with 1-3 years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and litigation to work in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage Contract Lifecycle processes, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining agreements.
- Assist in litigation management, including case preparation and appearances before courts and tribunals.
- Handle legal compliance, licensing, and related advisory work.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare briefs, opinions, and reports.
- Draft various legal documents such as contracts, notices, pleadings, and submissions.
- Identify and escalate potential legal and operational risks in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for case and contract updates.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in legal practice.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
