Details of the Job/Internship
Pleasure Spaces (India) Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Professional with 3–6 years of experience to join their Bengaluru team in an Assistant Manager capacity.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
- Advise management on legal implications of business decisions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts including JV, lease, and vendor agreements.
- Handle due diligence, title verification, and documentation for property transactions.
- Oversee conveyancing, registration, and legal documentation.
- Manage legal disputes and litigation in coordination with external counsel.
- Identify legal risks and propose mitigating strategies.
- Liaise with government authorities for licenses, approvals, and filings.
- Maintain organized records of legal documents and enforce document control policies.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB or LLM).
- 2–6 years of experience, preferably in real estate or property law.
- Proficiency in Kannada and English is mandatory.
- Willingness to handle in-office and field work.
