Details of the Job/Internship

Contract Bazar is hiring for the position of Legal Project Manager  to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Delivery

• KRA: Ensure legal projects (contracts, IPR, compliances) are well-planned, tracked, and delivered on schedule.
• KPIs:
• ≥95% of projects delivered within agreed timelines.
• Average turnaround time (TAT) for deliverables meets/exceeds benchmarks.
• <5 escalations per month due to planning gaps.

2. Client & Stakeholder Communication

• KRA: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, VLCs, and EAs to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
• KPIs:
• Client satisfaction score >4/5.
• ≥90% briefs converted into accurate execution notes without rework.
• Response time to queries <24 hours.

3. Quality & Risk Management

• KRA: Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proactive risk mitigation in all deliverables.
• KPIs:
• ≥90% of deliverables pass QA on first review.
• 100% of identified risks addressed before delivery.
• Zero major escalations/legal errors due to process lapses.

4. Team Coordination & Productivity

• KRA: Manage VLCs, EAs, and support teams for efficient execution.
• KPIs:
• ≥95% of tasks allocated and completed on schedule.
• Balanced resource utilization across team.
• ≥90% closure rate of action items from team meetings.

5. Process & System Improvements

• KRA: Continuously enhance workflows, templates, and tracking systems.
• KPIs:
• Minimum of 1–2 process improvements/automation per quarter.
• Significant reduction in rework/repetitive queries.
• 100% adoption of internal project management systems.

6. Revenue & Business Contribution

• KRA: Align legal project delivery with business growth and client retention.
• KPIs:
• ≥60% repeat projects from existing clients.
• Increase in one-time clients converting to retainer packages.
• Contribution of project delivery to revenue growth tracked via MIS.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
