Role and Responsibilities
- Skilled in assessing and applying metadata and taxonomy to regulatory content, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SOPs.
- Expertise in content management systems, including managing workflows and monitoring content metrics.
- Develop data models to capture high-impact business information and build comprehensive industry structures.
- Act as an SME for AI/ML solutions, leveraging advanced techniques to solve complex content challenges.
- Provide subject matter expertise on projects involving intricate content frameworks and AI/ML algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design value-driven solutions.
- Identify and lead key initiatives to enhance customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring all content meets client SLAs for accuracy and timeliness.
- Solve complex content issues by building logical frameworks that keep us ahead of industry trends.
- Design, test, and optimize AI prompts to generate precise legal compliance requirements from banking regulations.
- Analyze banking laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks to align AI-generated outputs with industry standards.
