Details of the Job/Internship

ElasticRun is hiring a Manager – Legal (Real Estate) with 7–9 years of experience to manage real estate legal operations for its logistics business in Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal due diligence and title search for real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate lease deeds, leave & license agreements, and related documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and central real estate regulations.
• Coordinate with government authorities, external counsel, landowners, and internal teams.
• Manage and mentor the legal real estate/licensing team.
• Provide strategic advice on real estate and logistics operations.
• Maintain documentation, contracts, and repository management.
• Identify legal risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support dispute resolution.
• Support compliance initiatives and internal process improvements.
• Advise on licensing requirements and applicable laws such as Drugs & Cosmetics Act, Legal Metrology, and FSSAI.
• Ensure timely procurement and renewal of warehouse licenses.

Eligibility

• B.A., LL.B from a recognized university.
• 7–9 years of experience in real estate legal work in logistics, infrastructure, or industrial/commercial real estate.
• Strong knowledge of due diligence, title search, and land laws.
• Experience drafting and negotiating lease and licensing agreements.
• Proficiency in English and Marathi.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Team management experience.
