Details of the Job/Internship
ElasticRun is hiring a Manager – Legal (Real Estate) with experience of 7–9 years to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting legal due diligence and title searches for land and real estate transactions.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lease deeds and leave and license agreements.
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and central real estate laws.
- Coordinating with government authorities, external counsel, landowners, and internal teams.
- Managing and mentoring the real estate and licensing legal team.
- Providing strategic legal advice for logistics and real estate operations.
- Maintaining documentation, contract lifecycle management, and repositories.
- Identifying legal risks and supporting mitigation and dispute resolution.
- Advising on licensing requirements for new product launches.
- Advising on applicable provisions under Drugs and Cosmetics Act, Legal Metrology, and Food Safety and Standards Act.
- Ensuring timely procurement and renewal of licenses for warehouses.
Eligibility
- B.A. LL.B degree from a recognized university.
- 7–9 years of experience in real estate legal work.
- Strong knowledge of due diligence, title search, and land laws.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating lease and license agreements.
- Proficiency in English and Marathi.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in team management and leadership.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or industrial real estate preferred.
