Details of the Job/Internship
Contract Bazaar is hiring for the position of Legal Quality & Compliance Associate with 6-8 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently review and quality-check contracts, shareholder agreements, and share subscription agreements.
- Ensure all legal documents are precise, compliant, enforceable, and commercially viable.
- Establish and maintain internal review mechanisms, checklists, and quality standards.
- Draft and review complex commercial and corporate contracts with a focus on clarity and risk mitigation.
- Apply expertise in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), including trademarks, copyrights, and licensing.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5+ legal professionals, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic legal initiatives and capability-building projects.
- Develop and implement SOPs, templates, and quality control tools to streamline processes.
- Stay updated on evolving legal frameworks and ensure organizational compliance.
Eligibility
- 6–8 years of core legal experience in contract drafting, review, and corporate advisory.
- Proven expertise in Shareholder Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, and IPR matters.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and mentoring legal teams.
- Strong communication, analytical, and risk assessment skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven, and evolving environment.
