Details of the Job/Internship

SK Finance Limited is hiring for the position of Legal Recovery Executive with 2 years of experience to join their office in Gurdaspur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage legal recovery for 90+ PAR/NPA accounts under secured loan portfolios (LAP and Business Loans).
• Initiate appropriate legal proceedings such as SARFAESI actions, Section 138 complaints, arbitration, and civil suits in line with company and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with empaneled advocates and legal consultants for case filing, court hearings, and follow-ups.
• Conduct field visits and customer meetings alongside collections teams to explore pre-litigation resolution strategies.
• Represent the company in Lok Adalats, court hearings, and recovery camps.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of legal documentation, case files, and regular MIS reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams (credit, operations, recovery) for seamless execution of legal recovery plans.
• Oversee the possession, auction, and realization of assets under SARFAESI, where applicable.

Eligibility

• Graduate in Law (LLB preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in legal recovery, preferably within NBFCs or Banks.
