Details of the Job/Internship

AU Small Finance Bank is hiring an AM / DM Legal Manager – Legal & Recovery with 1–2 years of experience to join its Borivali, Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle legal recovery matters for write-off vehicle finance cases.
• Manage proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
• Handle arbitration matters and execution through police stations.
• File and manage EP filings, Section 9, Section 25, Section 156, and Section 420 cases.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities for recovery actions.

Eligibility

• LLB degree from a recognized institution.
• 1–2 years of experience in NBFCs or Banks.
• Practical knowledge of recovery laws and criminal proceedings.
• Local Mumbai candidates preferred.
• Immediate joiners required.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
