Details of the Job/Internship

KimohaTech is hiring for the position of Legal Recruiter to join their Punjab office. This is a work-from-office opportunity, 5 days a week. The office is located in Mohali. The candidate must work the night shift (6:00 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST, no exceptions). 

Role and Responsibilities

1. Work as recruiter for clients in the US.
2. Source candidates using job portals including Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
3. Upload resumes to the ATS, conduct phone screening, and coordinate with hiring managers.
4. Technology Skills
5. MS Word, Computer Skills, Computer Savvy, MS Excel Requirements:
6. Good English Speaking and Writing Skills
7. Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in-person presentation skills
8. Willingness to learn new technologies and new processes
9. Hardworking, Motivated
10. Strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills
11. Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.

Eligibility

The candidate must have LLB or LLM Degree with legal job experience. 

Salary/Stipend

Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 20,000
