Whitehatts is hiring an experienced Lead Legal Recruiter to join its dynamic talent consulting team in a remote (WFH) role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for legal and partner-level roles.
• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and design sourcing strategies.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for suitable legal positions.
• Maintain a strong network of legal professionals and firms.
• Drive the recruitment process efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

• Prior experience in legal recruitment or hiring for law firms/corporate legal roles.
• Strong communication, research, and networking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates independently.
