Details of the Job/Internship
Manupatra is hiring a Legal Research & Editorial Manager/Assistant Manager with 3+ years of experience in legal content, editorial processes, workflows, and strategic content initiatives to join its office in Noida (Sector-1). The role requires the ability to structure, analyze, and optimize large volumes of content while ensuring accuracy, usability, and alignment with business objectives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure all content on the platform is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Regularly update legacy content and ensure data currency across all sections of the platform.
- Plan and execute content updates based on regulatory changes, user needs, and industry trends.
- Maintain consistency and quality of all published content.
- Collaborate with legal, technical, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth execution of content strategies and feature updates.
- Act as a liaison to gather inputs, feedback, and requirements from various stakeholders.
- Oversee all aspects of the platform’s content and features, ensuring they are tested, operational, and standardized.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify inconsistencies, errors, or outdated content.
- Work with the technical team to implement new features and enhancements.
- Ensure timely updates to reflect regulatory and legal changes.
- Develop and enforce processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all platform content.
- Monitor and analyze platform performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and manage a team of FTEs and freelancers, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of tasks.
- Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide feedback to team members.
- Stay updated on legal industry trends to anticipate user requirements and recommend platform improvements.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of legal subjects, emerging technologies, and relevant processes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (from a reputed college).
- Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with an LLB and MBA are encouraged to apply.
Salary/Stipend
