Details of the Job/Internship

Soul AI is hiring a Legal Research Annotator to evaluate legal reasoning and statutory interpretation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review legal reasoning, case laws, and statutory applications.
• Evaluate logical structure, relevance of precedents, and accuracy of interpretations.
• Verify legal citations against original sources.
• Identify reasoning gaps, incorrect assumptions, or misapplied precedents.
• Annotate legal reasoning chains for clarity and correctness.
• Ensure legal annotations meet jurisdictional standards.

Eligibility

• Law degree or paralegal-level legal research experience.
• Strong understanding of statutory interpretation and case law reasoning.
• Ability to objectively analyze legal arguments.
• Excellent citation verification and document review skills.
• Strong ability to analyze precedents and assess legal validity.

Salary/Stipend
