AMRG & Associates is hiring a Legal Research Assistant to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on GST and other indirect tax matters.
- Prepare and deliver tax briefings and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist senior team members in legal drafting, documentation, and technical advisory work.
- Coordinate with partners on ongoing projects and assignments.
- Actively contribute to the firm’s publication initiatives, including articles, tax alerts, and thought pieces.
- Support the advisory team in client deliverables, presentations, and legal issue resolution.
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of GST laws and indirect tax frameworks.
- Up-to-date awareness of legal developments and regulatory changes in the field of taxation.
- Familiarity with tax laws, regulations, treaties, and judicial precedents.
- Demonstrated legal research and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for legal writing, analysis, and professional development.
