Details of the Job/Internship

Manupatra is hiring a Legal Research & Editorial Specialist with 3+ years of experience to join its office in Noida, Sector-1. The role involves managing legal content, editorial processes, and strategic content initiatives, with responsibilities including content oversight, platform maintenance, cross-functional coordination, quality assurance, and team management, while ensuring accuracy, usability, and alignment with organisational objectives.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure all platform content is accurate, current, and aligned with organisational objectives.
• Update legacy content and maintain data currency across the platform.
• Plan and execute content updates based on regulatory changes, user needs, and industry trends.
• Maintain consistency and quality of published content.
• Collaborate with legal, technical, marketing, and customer support teams.
• Act as a liaison to gather inputs and feedback from stakeholders.
• Oversee platform content, features, testing, and standardisation.
• Conduct audits to identify and rectify errors or outdated content.
• Coordinate with technical teams to implement new features and enhancements.
• Ensure timely updates of legal data reflecting regulatory changes.
• Maintain and enhance legacy information for relevance and usability.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance processes.
• Monitor platform performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and manage teams, including full-time employees and freelancers.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Coach team members for professional growth.
• Stay updated on legal industry trends, emerging technologies, and relevant processes.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputed institution.
• Master’s degree in law is an added advantage.
• Candidates with an LL.B. and MBA are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in legal content, editorial processes, or related roles.

Salary/Stipend
