Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research.
• Preparing legal documents.
• Assisting with case analysis.
• Evaluating legal precedents.
• Drafting concise reports.
• Supporting the team with professional communication and coordination.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in law and legal document preparation.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated interest in corporate or commercial law.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in law (LL.B) or related field.
• Prior legal internship experience is a plus.
