Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous and in-depth legal research on a wide range of subjects, policies, case laws, and legal precedents.
• Analyze complex legal documents, extract relevant information, and identify key legal issues and implications.
• Stay informed about current legal developments, court decisions, and legislative amendments, recognizing their potential impact.
• Promote a collaborative environment by actively engaging with the team and providing comprehensive research support.
• Maintain records of research findings to ensure continuous access to information for the team.

Eligibility

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized Indian university. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in legal research, preferably with experience in the Indian legal system through law firms, legal departments, or reputed research organizations.
• Possess a thorough understanding of Indian legal principles, procedures, and terminologies, including familiarity with relevant Indian laws, acts, and regulations.
• Proficient in conducting comprehensive legal research using online databases, legal libraries, and other reputable Indian legal sources.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to effectively analyze and interpret Indian case law, statutes, and legal precedents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with proficiency in legal drafting according to Indian legal standards and practices.
• High attention to detail and a meticulous approach to research and documentation, ensuring accuracy, precision, and compliance with Indian legal requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines in accordance with Indian legal requirements.
