Details of the Job/Internship

WLRC is offering a 3-month remote Legal Internship focused on high-impact, proactive contributions. The role requires independent handling of legal research, drafting, client management, and compliance advisory, with a strong performance-oriented structure.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic legal research and provide actionable recommendations on statutes and regulatory frameworks (e.g., IT Act, RBI/SEBI regulations).
• Draft and review core legal documents, including contracts, agreements, petitions, and formal correspondence.
• Actively participate in client interviews, case documentation, and professional follow-ups.
• Support business development initiatives and client outreach.
• Analyze compliance frameworks related to data privacy and cybersecurity and contribute to advisory services.

Eligibility

• Final-year law student or recent law graduate (2023/2024 pass-out).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Highly proactive, self-starter mindset with minimal supervision required.
• Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
